The complaint com-plaint alleges that Reed passed some worthless flecks on the oomplain-aut. oomplain-aut. The checks were drawn on the National Copper bank of Salt Lake and the Bank of Randolph. City Jailer Hagbart Anderson stated sta-ted last night that Reed confessed J to having passed the checks, but in- tended to "make them good."
