June 23 The hearing of the Idaho Millers' association asso-ciation vs. the Utah Power & Light company before the public utilities commission by Judge Standrod. charging charg-ing discriminatory rates of power for milling purposes has been satisfactorily satisfacto-rily adjusted on a friendly basis. It Is agreed to try an experimental rate before the first of December and if I this is not satisfactory the commis slon will decide upon a rate. S.
