Show 06DEN AUTO OWNERS WILL NOT TOUR NEVADA The directors of the Weber Club and the special Ogden to-Reno tour committee held a meeting at the Weber club at noon today. io discuss the proposed Nevada tour. When the tour was first proposed, I the way seemed clear tn set the date for the month of June and that was I done But in June there was an Influx In-flux of visitors to Ogden. whom it was necessary to receive and properly entertain, en-tertain, the committee found It advisable, ad-visable, in the Interests of the courtesy court-esy due the strangers, to postpone the tour to a later date. The Idea, however how-ever still looked feasible hut In entertaining enter-taining the visitors, a large number of the local business men gave up time from their business that they could ill afford owing to the exceptionally" heavy commercial activities of the spring and earlv summer. After the visits of the eastern railway rail-way agents and others had been pass ed safely by. the club thought that the tour could be arranged for July, but it was found from reports of the committeemen com-mitteemen this morning, and in the general discussion at the meeting, that the tour would occupy about two week's time Tn le.w of this fact and acting on the general expression of local business men, which was In effect ef-fect that business would not permit of their leaving the city for that length of time the directors decided tp Indefinitely postpone the tour J.
