Show PROCEEDINGS IN DISTRICT COURT November 16 has been fixed in the district court as the time for hearing of the petition for letters of administration adminis-tration In the matter of the estate of L. M. Nelson, deceased, and, also, the hearing of the petition for an order for a decree of final settlement In tho estate of John Wheeler, deceased In the divorce case of Maggie Sherman Sher-man against W. H. Sherman in the d.i.trict court, the plaintiff replies to the defendant's answer that she did not enter into an agreement of settlement settle-ment for alimony, costs of suit, or attorney fees, and that she did not ngree to dismiss the suit The plaintiff plain-tiff admits, howeer, that there was an cgreeraent entered into for the disposition dis-position of certain property. In the district court, Joseph L. Skeen haB commenced suit against George McFarlund et al for dissolution dissolu-tion and accounting of a partnership, which is alleged to have been entered mto March 9, 1914 The plaintiff also seeks an Injunction against the defendants de-fendants to bar them from disposing of partnership property, and insists on a Hen on partnership property in the hands of John K Spiers, trustee. |
