Show oo IRON CROSS FOR GERMAN ADMIRAL Berlin. Nov 10, la The Hague and London 9:60 a. m Vice Admiral Count Von Spec, commander of the German squadron in the South PhcIM' which encountered a British fleet off the coast of Chile. November 1. has been decorated with the Order of the Iron Cross, first and second class, for this exploit. A large number of these decorations also have been awarded to officers and men of the squadron as well as to the captain and crew of the German cruiser Karlsruhe. There Is no present way of communicating news of these honors to the men and they probably will first hear of the distinctions accorded ac-corded them sshen they get newspapers newspa-pers from home.
