Nov 10, la The Hague and London 9:60 a. m Vice Admiral Count Von Spec, commander of the German squadron in the South PhcIM' which encountered a British fleet off the coast of Chile. November 1. has been decorated with the Order of the Iron Cross, first and second class, for this exploit.
