w AWAITS THE SETTING OF GRADE STAKES ON 25TH STREET G. A. Heman of Salt Lake, who has the contract to pave with asphalt. Twenty-fifth street from Washington to Wall aenues and Wall avenues from Twenty-fourth to Twenty-fifth streets, was in the city last evening making arrangements to begin grad ing. He states that he will be ready to start operations M soon as the engl neers give him th grade stakes, anu he will move his construction outfit and asphalt plant herp within a short time.
