No effort was thought too great te make it superior supe-rior in production and photography to I any that has been released in the Amcr- ican market at any time heretofore, and no expense was spared in that direction. As an instance of this, in 'The Ranker's Daughter" there appears a scene of a sun parlor, and in order to get the true effect, the Life Photo Film Corporation built a id.iss sun parlor at Woodmere. L. 1 . so that exterior scenes to be seen , through the sun parlor should be more accurately portrayed. The east included some of the very best actors on the legitimate stage as well as in the motion picture profession. Miss Katharine La Salle, who played opposite Fdmund Rreese in "The Ma - i r Mind," the female lead with Thomas Ross in the film production of "Checkers" "Check-ers" and is now understudy for Florence Reed in "The Yellow Ticket," took the title role Mr. David Wall, late of the Famous Players Film Corporation, took the part of John Strebelow, the male had iii the production of ' The J Banker's Daughter."
