Show PLANS SANITARIUM TO COST 540,000 OR MORE C. M. Clay of this city has a force of men at work digging a drain on his property adjacent to the Utah Hot Springs, preparatory to excavating for the foundation for a sauitarium and bathing resort. It is planned to get rid of some of the surface water to permit sufficient excavation for plunge and bath rooms and for a foundation for a 30 or 40 roomed building. It is said by Mr. Cla that he does not expect to erect the building this year but that preparations will be made for early building next year. He owns a mineral hot water spring and I is sanguine that he will eventually I build a sanitarium of importance. Mr. Clay states that in all llkell hood a company will be incorporated in the course of the year with capita of $60,000 or $70,000, and that a building build-ing to cost about 540.000, Including equipment, will be erected Mr Clay's property is just inside the Weber county north line, while the Utah Hot Springs is a short distance dist-ance in Box Elder county . |
