Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City of the intention of said Board to make the following described Improvements, Improve-ments, to-wlt: To lay out, establish and open a public street to be named Iowa av- 1 enue, north and south through Block 23, Plat "C," Ogden City Survey the whole distance between 26th and 26lh Streets, where Iowa avenue Is not now opened, said street to be 60 feet wiae, being 27 reel east and 33 feet ;j; vesi of the lot line between Lots 1, I, Z, 4, o, 6. 7. 8, y and 10, Block 2S. Piat ' C Ogden City Surrey, and to defray the whole of tho cost thereof !
