Baker, a former president of the Board of Trade, by a decision of Judge McKinlev in the superior 'court here today. Baker sued the other heira of his father; asserting that he was entitled to the major portion of the estate because of . his assistance to his father fa-ther In promoting "the Snoqualmle Falls Water Power company which furnishes power, and light to Seattle, Tacoma and other cities in the state of Washington.
