Bonlan Institution, who was active in the organization of the Langley aerodynamic aero-dynamic laboratory, s mentioned for chairman of the proposed aeronautic congress to be held next year in connection con-nection with the Panama-Pacific exposition ex-position at San Francisco. The proposal for a congress has already al-ready been apprpved by the management manage-ment of the exposition.
