uu IK. 'J. HOYTS WATCH IS RECOVERED 1 SALT LIE The valuable gold watch taken from W. J. Hoyt by holdups has been recovered. Mr. Hoyt, a deputy in the office of the city auditor, was held up on Twenty-eighth street. The vatch was valued at 125 and was traced through the numbers on it, by members of the Salt Lake police force, to the Utah Loan office in that city. It had been pawned for $8.50. Soon after the watch was found, the Ogden department was notified and Detective George Wardlaw went to Salt Lake. Chief Norton was told over the telephone last night by one of the Salt Lake officers that two suspects were held for investigation and this morning a report was received re-ceived that the man bad confessed.
