October 14. 1913, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of electing fifteen directors di-rectors of the Company, and of transacting trans-acting such other business as may legally come before the meeting. F'or the purposes of the meeting, the books for the transfer of stock (both preferred and common) will be closed at 3 o'clock p m.. on Monday. Mon-day.
