He states that the reservoir is filled to a point near the level of the Wilcox iiridge and that the water has been turned through the big pipe to the power plant. Water wheels are now being operated, the first time in a number of months. To get more water In the reservoir, the company is raising the Wilcox bridge 50 Inches and the intake for the city water system Is being elevated ele-vated six feet.
