Nye, Commissioner of Ogden Og-den City, Utah, sitting as a Board of Equalization and Review of the special spe-cial and local taxes to be levied and assessed by ordinance upon property abutting both sides of Brinker avenue aven-ue from 25th to 26th Street 2oth Street from W'aehinjrton to Wall Av enues and Wall Avenue from 20th to 2 1st Streets, known as Sewer District No. 116. hereby ive notice that list of property In said district to be tax ed has been completed and the will meet at the mayors oillce in the- Cltv Hall, Ogden City.
