AGAIN 1 CAUSES A DEATH WITHIN TY FOUR HOURS most virulent form of the disease known as spotted fever in hoxer family lawrence G hoxer the 11 year old son of john and anna hoxer of 2313 moffat lane died at a m yesterday from the effects of spotted fever tha most malignant form of spinal meningitis the child was sick but twenty tour hours and was beyond the power of medical skill a few minutes after the disease made itself manifest this Is the first case of the disease since a small of spinal men claimed a number of victims late in the winter dr powers the attending physician took every precaution to prevent a spread of tho malady and so far as known no other case exists funeral services over the remains of the child will be held tuesday at 10 at the family residence the ceremony will be under the trees at the hoxer home and interment will take place immediately after in he city cemetery owing to the nature of the disease there will be nothing public about the funeral
