HE AND STATE OFFICERS WILL INSPECT SCHOOLS are to arrive at noon tomorrow state institutions are to be from thursdays standard at the state school for the deaf and blind tomorrow there will be a special se tor the purpose of showing he governor and other state officials what Is being done in the way of educating the deaf and blind children governor cutler secretary ot charles S attorney general M A breeden superintendent of public instruction A C belgon state auditor TA edwards state treasurer james christenson and the three judges of the supreme court will arrive at noon and will leave at once for iho school where lunch will be served after lunch the governor and his party will make an inspection and visit the classes leaving at 3 for the slate industrial school which will also be inspected at the state industrial school the battalion will be massed to greet the distinguished party and the governors salute fired the members of the board of trustees of both schools will be present to greet the party and show them around the inspection will be concluded in time for the party to leave tor salt aake on the 7 train
