restaurant TO TAKE PLACE OF REED SAMPLE ROOMS the of renovating renova ting the two sample rooms on the first noor of the reed cofel which are to b made into a restaurant has been started by contractor william picher and it Is ex packed that by christmas the room which has been located on the top floor of the hotel will alx lx closed and the new restaurant opened the change which is contemplated Is the cli angine of the hotel from the american to the european plan anil when the new restaurant has been completed and Is ready to open tor burnesa bul nesa the change will be made the restaurant proper will be located on the twenty fifth street aide of the building next to the hotel lobby and there will bo an entrance from the hotel as well an the street the kitchen is to be located in the rear of the rooms that have been used for sample rooms and will be n commodious place with all of the latest appliances ances for conducting an up to date restaurant at present there are fourteen feam ale rooms in the hotel and it is not planned to cut down that number tor as boon as the dining room ha been closed additional ample rooms will be put in which will give the hotel a grater number than any hotel in the intermountain country
