DISPUTE OVER TITLE A complaint has been felled in the clerks office ot the second district court by ellen coughlin vs welsh driscoll birch a corporation and J C nye praying that title to certain real estate sold under a judgment alleged to have been obtained by the defendant against the plaintiff to J C aye be vested in the plaintiff the complaint alleges that in december 1904 the defendant in the present action brought suit against the plaintiff at plain city before justice of the peace B M sperry in which an attachment was issued against the said property and that under a judgment obtained the property was sold to J C nye the complaint further alleges that no summons was ever served on the plaintiff in tho other case judgment is asked praying that the title to the property in quest lou be quieted in the plaintiff and that the defendants be perpetually enjoined from putting in any claim to the title of the property
