Show sues for injuries time lost medical service and repairs to buggy fram saturdays standard through his attorney W L als I 1 beitman tiled in the district court yesterday afternoon an action for damages against the ogden paint oil glass company in the agar agate sum of the cause for the action as set forth in the complaint is that on june 23 1906 the plaintiff was driving a horse attached to a buggy on washington avenue when near the corner of twenty fourth street and washington avenue the defendant through one of its drivers carelessly wantonly and negligently drove and managed a certain horse and wagon so that the same collided with his buggy causing tho horse to take fright and run away it is alleged that in its flight the buggy of the plaintiff struck a pole on twenty fourth street and threw the plaintiff out bruising wounding and injuring him so that he lost the use of his right leg for a period of two weeks and it is claimed will continue to do so for four weeks longer tor which he asks damages in the sum of 1000 on account of the accident preventing the plaintiff from attending to his business he asks tor the sum of and for medical expenses in addition to this judgment the sum of 2316 Is asked for on account ing the necessary repairs to the buggy which was somewhat smashed up in the runaway |
