M condition of county affairs preparatory i to taking up the work that will be ' M Incumbent on them the first of tho H The new board recommended that H Heber Swarner of Kancsville be ap- H pointed to the position of s-uperlnlon- H dent of the county infirmary, and j H the appointment was made by a unan- H Smous vote The appointment will , H take effect January 1. In the mean- H time Mr. Swarner will familiarize himself with the affairs of the in- H stitution under the direction and as- H slstance of Superintendent John Child, H who will retire from the position.
