Holmes, a real estate man of Salt I I ako, was arrested on Twenty-filth I street last evening by Sheriff J. R. ? Olsen of Box Elder county. Utah, last Sunday morning, and, if this is true, Holmes could not have been the man who cashed the ' check on John Lewis because he could not have reached Henefer by Sunday morning Mr Holmes is actively engaged in the real estate business in Salt Lake and is well known in Ogden.
