Show AUTO SPEEDING i FINE REFUNDED ' An ordinance providing for the pa -ment of refunding bonds to the amount of $50,000 was adopted by tho clt commissioners yesterday. Tho bonds will bo dated December 1, and will run for 20 years. Acting upon a communication from Chief of Police W I. Norton, stating that a valid cafic could not be made against John Spires for auto speeding, the commissioners refunded the forfeited for-feited ball put up by Spires at the time of his arrest. Tho bond of Lacy P. Hardy, cashier of tho city waterworks, for $5,000 wiv. approved The bond datos from November No-vember 1, 1912, to November 1, 1913 To reimburse him for the expense of assessing and collecting taxes for the city from November 30, 1911, io January 3, 1912. a warrant for $3,-915.79 $3,-915.79 was ordered drawn for Alma D.
