Tho second floor was prepared for the contest, and to say that it was crowded with the 400 babies and thoir respective mothers, would bo putting it mildly The contestants gathered long before the appointed hour of 2-30, but thorc was little confusion and when the judges began their work at 3 p .m. a more orderly baby show was never witnessed.
