Preparations for state inaugural ceremony and the big inaugural ball have begun The Incomlug state officials will be inaugurated, inaug-urated, according to law, the first Mondav in January, which is Januarv C. The ball will be held the latter part of January, probably in the Salt Lake theater, but this has not been finally decided The inaugural ceremony cere-mony will l)o held iu the council chamber at the city and county build-in build-in p. The consent of the city commission to use tho chamber was secured yesterday yes-terday by John K Hardy, secretary to Governor Spry, and C. S Tingey, secretary of state.
