The object of the commission, which was created on the l ecpmnieudatlon of the secretary ' of the navy, will be to report to the -i ! president for recommendation to con- j gress on the necessity or desirability of establishing a national aerodynami- I cal laboratory, Its scope, organlzatiou, the most suitable location for it and the cost of its installation. |
