OCR Text	Show Oil EPITAPH IS THE CAUSE OF SUIT Appleton, Wis, Sept. 17. UnleBs a monument over the grave of a little girl in the cemetery In tho town of Maine, tills county, is removed this week or Its inscription entirely obliterated, oblit-erated, the municipal court will be asked to order the father of the dead child to removo it. This caso Is caused by the wording of the epitaph. I "Laura lies in this grave and lot. She was shot by Guy and Jackio Scott." Laura Freeman, S years old, daughter daugh-ter of Sidney J. Freeman, was accidentally acci-dentally shot and killed by "Jack" Scott, aged 11, last March. George Scott, father of the boy, objects to tho epkaph.
