Show IN CONTROL Federal Dissolution Did Not Destroy Authority Author-ity of Standard New York Sept 17 Officers and employes of the Standard Oil company com-pany are still In command of the Bucke.e Pipe Line company, a former for-mer subsidiary of the Standard company, com-pany, according to D S. Bushnell, the Buckeye's proaldent who testified today to-day before a referee in the Standard Oll-Watera Pierce litigation. Mr. Bushnell said he had been elected president of the Buckeye and North Indiana Pipe Line company and tho New York Transit company in 1911, Immediately after thc dissolution dissolu-tion decree against the Standard became be-came effective. The decIslonD, he said, were held within an hour, at the headquarters of the Standard. There had been a meeting of the Buckeye nnd stockholders subsequent to tbe dissolution, Mr Bushnell said. Ho testified tho holders of the 10,985 shares held another meeting at which tho directors were re-elocted. He sent theBO proxies, he said, to John D. Rockefeller, John D. Arch-boid, Arch-boid, James A Moffett and other stockholders. They were returned signed properly.
