The Industrial Workers of the World set in motion today plans for again declaring a strike In all the cotton cloth mills in the city At the time that the weavers' union, backed by the textile contingent, went on strike In twelve mills, the Industrial Workers Work-ers of the World ordered a strlko of their memlers In all the mills. They called it off after a few weeks, while the strike of the union weavers still continues and the twelve mills affected, af-fected, employing 13,000 hands, are closed. Frank Morris, a national organizer of the I W. W., is hero irom Chicago Chi-cago today to have the employes of the seven mills now In operation Join with the I W. W. in the new general strike. The twelve mills havo granted all the concessions' asked ask-ed for and there Is no grievance against them, the union labor leaders say. rut |
