The fact that Germany Is going Into .the commercial commer-cial markets of the world and underselling under-selling the United States is attributed in largo me'asuro to the "number and excellence of hor industrial schools," according to a bullotin just issued by the feedra bureau of education Common Com-mon consent ascribes the marked advance ad-vance of Germany along industrial lines, the bulletin says, to these schools.
