Show 00 WENT TO SLEEP A 16-year-old girl's '"beauty sleep caused a fire which destroyed the home at Syracuse of Mrs. Frank Walker, driving Mj-s. Walker, who is a widow, and her six children, into the cold with no other clothes than their night garments. Only the presence pres-ence of mind of Mrs. Walker and her bravery saved the lives of her three youngest children, whom she had to toss one after the other out the bedroom bed-room window to the ground below. At 0 o'clock the oldest daughter of Mrs. Walker arose to build the kitchen kitch-en fire. When the kindling had been properly lighted the temptation to return re-turn to bed for a "cat nap" was too strong and Miss Walker went bark to bed just for a minute A few minutes min-utes later her mother was awakened by the sound if flames roaring in the door, which led into her bedroom, and was driven hack by flames which were eating their way into all the four walls of tho room. Mrs Walker rushed into the room adjoining, whore her younger children were sleeping and, railing to her frightened daughter, who had awakened, awak-ened, to brek the be'lroom window, carried the children one after the other oth-er to tho window and dropped them onto the ground a few feet below.
