The boy progressed nicely until the fifth day when tho tonsils began bleeding. bleed-ing. Slnco that time the doctor has had considerable difficulty In checking check-ing the flow of blood from tho throat. As a result of the loss of blood the child, is considerably weakened. The doctor states, however, that tho bleeding bleed-ing has been checked and that tho boy will recover unless the bleeding starts anew and cannot bo controlled. Tho doctor says the case Js one of very few of Its Icind encountered in such operations and that the oozing of blood from tho tonsils Is due to the fact that the blood is exceptionally exception-ally thin. |
