Rowe, secretary and manager man-ager of tho Four-State fair, opened headquarters at the fair grounds yesterday yes-terday afternoon and was kept busy making entries for the harness and running races. The entries In tho racing departments closed last night with a splendid showing. The stables aro filled with somo of tho best run ning, trotting and pacing stock over brought to Ogden. The racing cards each afternoon will be among the best features of tho 'fair.
