Now ho Insists that ho will not give testimony. "I have mado no confossion," declared de-clared Munsey last night to a newspaper news-paper correspondent at the Chapman hotel. "I have not confessed anything I am not going to testify beforo the United States grand Jury "I am going to stand upon my rights and I will declare that testimony that I might bo asked to give would tend to Incriminate me and will refuse to answer questions. They may Indict me. but they cannot make me testify. It is possible that I will be adjudged In contempt of court, but I can stand for that I have nothing to toll and 1 will not testify." oo |
