Approximate 5100,000 was paid out at tho company's com-pany's local office, while tho total amount paid out by tho company yesterday yes-terday was $350,000, Adding to this amount tho .5750,000 paid out In November No-vember it will be seon that tho company com-pany has paid approximately $1,100,-000 $1,100,-000 for BUgar beets this season The amounts received by the farmers farm-ers yesterday were for beets delivered alter November 1, and this constitutes consti-tutes practically the total amount duo boot growers. The $100,000 received by Webor county farmers was paid out on the weighman's checks turned into tho company's office by growers It will be remembered that shortly after the llrst payday the checks for all beots delivered aftor Nov. 1, wcro dostroyed In tho EccleB fire. It was then necessary for tho company to depend upou the checkB held by tho farmers in making payments for beets delivered. S Rolapp, chief bookkeeper, there are still a fow checks which have not been turned in and he states that uuloss they aro received wlthiu the next few days payment wjli be deferred until next season as it will bo impossible for the company to keep the books open in order to accomodate the late nr- I rivals.
