Show oo CALENDAR IN MAY TERM OF COURT The time of Judge Harris' court was taken up this morning In the setting set-ting of cases for the May term. During tho month of May, Judge Harris stated, not moro than one day likely will be glvon to cases In the district outside Weber county, which will give tho court an opportunity to clear tho calendar of most of tho cases called for thG May term. The court ruled that a great number num-ber of probate cases where Inventories Inventor-ies should have beon filed by thti ex-' ecutors, administrators and guardians guard-ians before this time would not be taken up for adjustment and dismissal for two weeks, at which time tho parties will be required to file inventories inven-tories or furnish affidavits to the effect ef-fect that it is impossible to do so. Brown, deceased, iho petition for confirmation confirma-tion of the Bale of real cstalQ was granted and tho administratrix, Miss Annls B. Drown, was authorized to make a transfer of tho property.
