Three years ago the father was drowned In the reservoir of the waterworks water-works here, and a year later two children burnld to death In the fire which destroyed the family homo. Mrs. Laird, with the remaining daughter, daugh-ter, then went to Canonsburg, where they were, employed in a pottery until un-til the disaster which ended their lives.
