"Mr. Kruttschnltt may change his attitude," he said, "when he discovers that 99 per cent of- tho shopmen are standing by tho federation." When asked if a refusal meant that the federated shopmen would strike, Mr. Reguln said "The federation must bo recognized. Wo will not back up on thnt lssu. We have asked for recognition, and If we do not get It woll, that's up to Mr. Kruttschnltt. He has tlmo to change his mind, and wc bollovo he will yol recognlzfe tho federation."
