Show uv ' PEOPLE ASKED TO STAY JUDGMENT San Francisco, April 25 The California Cali-fornia State Federation of Labor today to-day Issued un appeal to the public to give John J. McNamara and the others oth-ers accused of being implicated In the dynamiting of the Los Angeles Times, the benefit of the presumption of Innocence. A resolution was passed pass-ed by the executive board denouncing the crimes charged as "so heinous find revolting that no just punishment could ever be meted out." The resolution reso-lution proceeded; i "Although we deem It unnecessary at this time to reiterate the uncompromising uncom-promising attitude of organized labor as being opposed to any and all acts of violence, whether committeed by friends or enemies, we do most earnestly earn-estly request our friends and symDa-thlzors symDa-thlzors to withhold judgment in this instance until the accused have been tried." |
