McNamara, secretary-treasurer of tho Iron Workers, Indicted in Los Angeles An-geles for alleged complicity in an explosion ex-plosion at the Llewellyn Iron Works. Superintendent of Police Hyland was summoned before the grand jury and afterwards a summons was Issued Is-sued for Frank M Ryan, president of the Iron Workers' association, or dering him to produce additional records. rec-ords. Ryan was to have appeared this afternoon, but he did not do so and by order of the grand jury, Deputy Dep-uty sheriffs -went to the office building build-ing with a wagon, piled the desired documents in it and took them to the court house. It was said that the grand Jury at this time did not care to examine Ryan. The booh, and papers demanded by the grand jury were stacked about tho four packages of dynamite fuses, explosive explo-sive caps and alarm clocks discovered discov-ered by the police in Saturday night's raid. Tho explosives were removed to a secret place by the authorities and tho other material was .guarded by the police until it was taken out. Stops Burns' Investigation.
