Show 06BEITHEATER If our patrons like a real good Western comedy-drama, one In wnlch there Is plenty of good real lively action and one that is full of real wholesome fun, good laughs and clean comedy, then you should see 'Brothers'1 'Broth-ers'1 this week. Mr. Carpenter has the dual part of Harry Morley, a cowboy, and Jack Stanton, a road agent Mr. Carpenter's Carpen-ter's work in this part requires some very rapid changes, bur. he makes them and appears In both Morley and Stanton at his best, which patrons at tho Ogden know will be good Miss Irene Outtrim as Mary Buckley Buck-ley is a pretty, rollicking Western girl, loved by all the cowboys on tho ranch and for miles around becausa of her happy disposition and kind rr gard for all whom sho meets Miss Outtrim's work in this part is as near perfection as an artist can make lt, the role being peculiarly fitting fit-ting to the gonial good nature of tho lad herself. Of the other members of the company com-pany William Hutchison as "Missouri0 Smith Is the fun of the whole play j and right here we might mention that i Mr. Hutchison is an actor of ability and in this particular rolo ho Is certainly cer-tainly at borne, and when he enters it means a continuous laugh from the j first ,E C Hunt in the role of sher- . I Iff carries tbo part like a real officer I of the law, but Hunt Is a comedian ! and he Just can't help getting lots of r fun into the part. Arthur Belasco I j ac Judge Buckeley Is very good and J Frances Hill makes her part as Jen- ' nio appear more than lt Is, but at the l same time it is not overdone In tho E least. I Tho company as a whole is a strong j one and the production Is one of the J I best they have played dpring their en-, I gngement. It will run tho balance of jj this week with a matinee Saturday j afternoon at 2:30. |
