Were membors of their PLCUJ ln tow& and so under their Jurisdiction, and did hold them till the man in charge could hear their case and that was all. The boys had good cause for arresting them for tbey were Intruding on the spot set apart for the girls' swimming class and there insulting the girls, and no American boys, with a spark of chlv-airy chlv-airy within them, would not rally to the protection of tho girls.
