Show 11 SWAN IS KAYSVILLE'S MAYOR. Kaysvllle, July 27. Tho Kaysvllle city council met in special session last evening, at which the resignation of Mayor Thomas H. Phillips was ac-'cep'tcd, ac-'cep'tcd, and Councilman George Swan was chosen as mayor to fill the unexpired un-expired term. Frank L. Layton was appointed as councilman to fill the vacancy caused by the selection of Mr. Swan as mayor. may-or. Vera, the 4-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Odd, met with a serious accident yesterday afternoon. after-noon. In company with some other children, she was playing on a hay wagon.
