M Mills and completed tho organization of a Chautauqua association. Tho date for tho' assembly ineot In this city was fixed for July 21, lasting ten days. The meeting was callod to order by Dr. E. P. Mills, the vice-president, in the absence of President Driggs. The following six committees wore elected to plan and manage the different dif-ferent departments- of the assembly: Program Dr. E. P. Mills, John M. Mills, David O. McKay. Music Prof. W. W. Henderson, W. W. Fleetwood, O. A. Parnilcy. Grounds and Concessions Frank C Brainerd, R. B. Lewis, Prof. Petter-son. Petter-son. Athletics Dr. E. G. Go wans, Don McGuire, F. G. Brainerd. Advertising S. W. Wherry, Prof. Smith, J. J. Brummitt. Financci J. J. Burmmitt; R. B. Lewis, O. A. Parmloy, W. W. Henderson. Hend-erson. S. W. Wherry was elected to tho beard to take the place of F, V. Fisher who resigned to tako the place of manager of the assembly under the hoard. Theso committees will begin work at once and report to tho next meet-lug meet-lug of the board. The time of holding the assembly was so arranged that the meet will open at the close of the summer school In Salt Luke City, which will ' fl assure the attendance of many of H the teachers who will be taking the ' H summer course of study.
