Tho act will apply only to hazardous employment where fifteen or more persons aro working New York Is the only state that has a similar statute. If a workman dies from injuries, his dependents shall receive three times the amount he earned the preceding pre-ceding year, but not to exceed $3, COO and not less than $1,200. In case ho lcavos no dependents, the expenso of medical attendance and funeral shall bo paid by his employer. |
