Show INSURRECTOS GAINING GROUND. El Paso, 'May 8, 3 p. m. Glenn S. Chessman, who was standing In front of the Western Coffee company's store In the heart of the business section of El Paso, was hit by a stray bullet and seriously wounded. Insurrectos are in possession of the customs station at the Mexican end of the bridge, which joins Juarez and EI Paso and are moving closer to town. The federals have massed in the bull rings and are getting a cannon into action there. The insurrectos have brought their field piece up to within a half mile of the town and have fired four times, but without effect. ef-fect.
