Leary, a real estate man of this city, relatives of the dead man today M caused the re-arrest of Frank Mc- H Mabon, a saloon-keeper, who shot fl and killed Leary last Thursday night, ' and was discharged from custody on Saturday by Coroner John W. Ford. IH The warrant for the second arrest M was sworn to by John A Leary. a brother of the slain man.
