Walsh, -a national organizer for the Industrial Workers of the World, held a public mass meeting last evening and a'ddressed about 500 people at the corner of Hudson avenue and Twenty-fifth street Tho speaker represents that organization organ-ization which has had a rather strenu- j ous agitation campaign throughout tho I western country. Organizers and sympathizers sym-pathizers have clashed with the police over the right to hold public street meetincs in Spokane, Wash., Fresno, Cal., and other cities Walsh is a journeyman printer and his address last evening marked -him as a man well posted on the subject of labor conditions. He came to Ogden Og-den from Butte and represents the entering en-tering wedge of a campaign which is to be conducted throughout the state. There are a larso number of I W.
