Show ftlaJ-OCALS' The ladies Birthday club members mem-bers entertained at a , no-host party Saturday afternoon in honor of the birthday anniversary of Mrs. Martin Roskelley. The afternoon after-noon was spent in visiting. Those present included were Mrs. L. V. Toolson. Mrs. Sam Sorensen, Mrs. Lorin Low, Mrs. Leo Low. Mrs. George Winn, Mrs. Oliver Nilson, Mrs. Leo O. Low, Mrs. Henry O. Hansen, Mrs. Richard Toolson and Mrs. Roskelley. Mrs. Annie Godderidge entertained enter-tained at a family dinner in honor of her son and daughter-in-law, Pfc. and Mrs. Jack Godderidge God-deridge at her home Thursday evening. Dinner was served to the following guests: Mr. and Mrs. Grover Hancey, Mrs. Dean Ellis and Miss Gayle Hancey of Hyde Park; Mr., and Mrs. Henry Benson and family of Newton, and the honored guests. The evening ev-ening was spent in playing games and visiting. Mrs. Leland Pilkington-M -visiting with relatives at Ogden this week. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Tidwell and family, Mrs. Jane Roskelley of Logan, and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Tidwell of Ogden, were guests of Mrs. Jane Tidwell Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Toolson and Mr. and Mrs. George Pond of Lewiston spent several days visiting at Cedar City. Miss Patricia Toolson is attending at-tending school at the. Branch A. C. at Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. James Thornley and Mr. and Mrs. George Thornley Thorn-ley spent three days visiting Mr. and Mrs. Sam Thornley and family. Dr. and Mrs. Vincent Reese and family of Salt Lake, spent the week-end as guests of Dr. and Mrs. G. L. Reese and family. Mrs. Hal Maughan, who is the daughter of Mrs. Annie Godder. idge, is visiting her husband, Corporal Hal Maughan at Mus-koga, Mus-koga, Oklahoma. Mrs. Bill Ortencie, who was the former Pauline Wright, is visiting with her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Hal . Wright for a week. Major Ivan Teuscher of Mississippi, Mississ-ippi, is home on a furlough visiting vis-iting his wife sand son. Mrs. Teuscher is the daughter of Mrs. J. C. Cannell. Pfc. Jack F. Godderidge, who is the transportation corps for the engineers at Camp dearborn, Louisiana is visiting with her mother, Mrs. Annie Godderidge. Mrs. Milo Nilson and sons of Ogden, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Nilson and family. Mrs. Rinda Chambers, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Nilson, were guests of Dr. and Mrs. Orson S. Daines and family of Ogden on Sunday. Corporal and Mrs. Ivan Taylor and daughter, Patricia Annette, spent the week-end visiting with Corporal Taylor's parents. Mr. and Mrs. Osborn Low, of Afton, Wyoming are visiting with friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Tout and daughter Deane, spent the weekend week-end at Salt Lake City. Mss Verla Jensen entertained at a party Thursday evening at her home. The vening was enjoyed playing games. Luncheon was served by the hostess, assisted by Miss Ramoha Razenberger to I eight iguests. Mrs. Nellie Jensen is visiting with friends at Bear Lake -for a week. |
