Show JOSEPH FLOYD HOLT SUCCUMBS FROM AUTO INJURIES TRENTON Joseph Floyd Holt. 37, died at a Logan hospital early Tuesday of injuries suffered Monday Mon-day night when he was struck by a pick-up truck on the Amalga-Trenton Amalga-Trenton highway. Mr. Holt suffered suf-fered fracture of both legs and internal injuries. The fatality was Cache county's eighth, and was the third motor vehicle-pedestrian accident in the county. Of the total totalities, three have been in. Logan. In 1939 to October 30, a total of 7 fatalities had occurred which was the total for the year also. Mr. Holt was walking along the highway south when the accident occurred, investigating officers, Deputy Sheriffs Julian Bair and Thomas Rowley, reported. He was ;truck by a truck driven by Ver-al Ver-al Brown of Trenton, who in his eport said he was blinded by ights of a car coming in the op-josite op-josite direction and did not se: 'he pedestrian. Mr. Holt was bom at Clarkston March 23, 1903, a son of Joseph B. and Sarah Goody Holt. He had lived in Trenton most of his life. Surviving are three brothers and two sisters, William's, and Thul-burn Thul-burn Holt, Mrs. D.
